The chef offers a variety of foods with lots of possibilities of menus and buffets.
And if you have a special request regarding the organisation or the choice of dishes, the staff is on hand to provide solutions to your needs.

  • Raw salad vegetables
  • Basquaise chicken (with peppers and tomatoes) and rice

Set menu for €20

  • One main dish:
    Sauerkraut or cassoulet (bean casserole) or ham tartiflette (cheese, potato and ham bake) or couscous or paella
  • Ice cream dessert or fruit salad

Set menu for €27

  • Salmon terrine served with tomato sauce with balsamic vinegar
  • Confit of duck, baby grenaille potatoes
  • Cheese board
  • Ice cream tiramisu or tender chocolate cake

Set menu for €40 including all dishes and €35 with meat or fish dish.
